1. Information collected on this site
define404.com does not offer user accounts and does not use advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is visited. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage information such as the pages viewed, time spent, approximate region, and device and browser type; this information is not used to identify individual visitors. You can prevent this collection by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). To show the logo animation in the header only once, a single value recording whether the animation has been shown is kept in your browser's session storage. This value is deleted when you close the browser window and is never sent to us.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your name, and the content of your inquiry.
2. Purpose of use
We use the information we receive only to respond to your inquiry and to send you information you have requested about product betas or quotations.
3. Retention period
Inquiry emails are kept for one year from the date on which our reply and any follow-up are completed, and are then deleted. Where the law requires a different retention period, we follow that period.
4. Processors
- Cloudflare: site delivery and security. Access logs (IP address, time of access, browser information) may be stored temporarily on Cloudflare servers.
- Google Workspace: receiving and storing inquiry emails.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): visit statistics. Usage information is stored on Google servers, including servers outside Korea.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or hand over the information we receive to anyone else, except when required by a request made under the law.
6. Product-specific privacy policies
Individual products such as Booking-meo and preview sites have their own privacy policies on the product screens. This policy applies only to the define404.com site.
7. Your rights
